The Chesapeake Watershed Advancement for Training, Education, Restoration, and Science Act, known as the Chesapeake WATERS Act, aims to reauthorize and strengthen the Chesapeake Bay Office of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) to enhance the management and restoration of the Chesapeake Bay ecosystem. The Act focuses on improving education, research, and resource management to address the environmental challenges facing the Bay.
